Problems to start ddd

I try to start a c-programm with ddd. I compile the programm with the -g
option describe in the manual. But when I start ddd I get the message
"Can not find init.c". What does it mean ?.
I try the sample.c programm in the manual and I get the same message. So
I don not knww which option I habe to change in the GDB Settigs.
