Summary: remove of net/network.ml.nw and threading in srv/demexp-server.ml

* remove of net/network.ml.nw. This is old network code that won't be
  longer needed with RPC.

* remove of Network use in srv/Work and srv/demexp-server.ml. 

* remove all the threading mechanism used in srv/demexp-server.ml. It
  won't be necessary with new RPC mechanism.
