Summary: 2 bug fixes & remove of old messages definition in net/Messages

* bug fix: left inclusion of net/network.ml.tex in
  demexp-server-book.tex. 

* bug fix in Makefile: the built stopped if the demexp bases where not
  created during autotests.

* remove of old messages definition in net/Messages of the compilation
  process. We will rewrite them to use RPC.

* net/messages.xdr.nw: rewrote explanation of XDR/RPC use in accordance
  with future RPC mechanism.
