Summary: compilation of first RPC method definition & update of README
Keywords: 

* net/messages.xdr.nw: definition of RPC program, version and first
  (dummy) method.

* Makefile: add OCAMLRPCGENFLAGS variable. Add rules to generate _srv
  and _clnt files with ocamlrpcgen. Extended NET_AUXML variable to
  generate and link _clnt and _srv files. Add equeue.cm[x]a archive for
  proper compilation of demexp-server.

* README: update it with additional information: Description, Links,
  License
