Summary: performance fix in client and bug fix in server

* lablgtk2-clnt/Browser: improve performance using RPC
  tag_set_of_question_group() in client. This reduces the number of RPC
  calls and should improve overall client performance at initialization
  time.

* srv/demexp-server.ml.nw: real fix for quit-on-unix-error issue. Do not
  forgot to restart the server after handling the error!

* srv/Work:

  - print less verbose debug messages for tag_set_of_question_group()
    RPC;

  - update tests to document corner case.

* config.ml: set version numbers to 0.3.6.
