* move Cache module from gtk2-clnt/ to lib/ directory. Split
  gtk2-clnt/Misc into gtk2-clnt/MiscUI and lib/Misc.

  Update all dependencies in gtk2-clnt/*.nw accordingly, as well as
  config/Makefile.inc and doc/demexp-book.tex.
