* doc/demexp-book.tex 
  web/ServerConnection: 

  New module that contains code handling connections to server. Include
  in demexp-book.tex.

* config/Makefile.inc: update it to include network code for web
  interface. Reorder modules of web interface for a more logical one
  (login, browse and vote).

* config/config.inc.ml
  lib/misc.ml.nw:

  Output autotest messages on standard error otherwise they are taken as
  HTML header when used in CGI code.

* web/login.ml.nw:

  Code to check the login on default server and switch to browse dialog
  if correct.

* web/login.ui.nw
  web/registry.ml.nw:

  Miscellaneous documentation improvements.
