[Denemo-devel] auftakt, upbeat, \partial

I've pushed some more fixes to the LilyPond parser to git, and I noticed
that it is able to parse the LilyPond construct \partial for doing an
upbeat, the draw routines understand it and exportlilypond outputs it as
well: just that there is no way to insert one in Denemo (other than by
copying and pasting one), and it also has no display indicator.
