If you try adding a menu item to the Note/Rest->Note menu you may get a
surprise - this menu has items which are repeated in different menus for
the different modes. The new menu item will only appear in one of them,
and it is difficult to predict which. Probably best just avoided.
Also, some menus are not taking additions - if they don't go into the
menu you tried to insert them in they (silently) go into the "Other"
menu on the ObjectMenuBar.
