[Denemo-devel] Splitting measures.

I've added a script that splits a measure before the note that the
cursor is on. It does not work if you are on the first note of a measure
(for which use InsertMeasure).
With the latest git you can install this command from the measures menu
by right clicking any item in that menu and selecting SplitMeasure. Make
the addition permanent by saving your default command set.
You should be offered to save your command set when exiting - I'll fix
this now.
