Since we may well want to overwrite the graphic & the LilyPond for notes
and chords as well (e.g. for gregorian chant or lyrics...) it might be
better to introduce a gboolean flag in DenemoDirectives to say you will
take care of the whole of the LilyPond and the graphic for this item,
rather than exploiting the prefix field.
