[Denemo-devel] Changes to denemo_types.h

I've pushed the first of a series of changes I am planning for
denemo_types.h
I am flagging this up as they can be quite disruptive. What I am doing
is following the scheme I outlined to make clefs, keysigs and timesigs
objects (including the initial ones) so that they can have directives
attached (e.g. to overwrite with user chosen values).
At the moment there is a structure called clef, but the Staff did not
contain one of these to indicate its (initial) clef. This is the first
one I have changed. It was remarkably painless. 
The others are rather worse - timesig and keysig have structures but
again they are not used in the Staff structure. Instead the various
fields of the timesig and keysig structures are present in the
DenemoStaff, but with a variety of names...
