[Denemo-devel] ReadingNoteNames

I have checked in a new version of the Educational->ReadingNoteNames
script to show how the new facilities can work to make mouse based,
child friendly games. I will be adding back the graphics that Jeremiah
developed - and completing this work (the Help button does nothing at
the moment) as soon as possible, but I thought it worth checking in so
you could see where it is all going.
Also it illustrates the convention for global variable naming.
