[Denemo-devel] MIDI in via fluidsynth

I have wired up MIDI in via fluidsynth.
The good news is, it works.
But, I had to set the midi in to oss (away from the default alsa-seq)
and then it wanted /dev/midi
so I had to put a link from /dev/midi to /dev/midi1
which is what Debian has set up.

I only did this because I received nothing with alsa-seq. I will
surround this switch away from the default with some conditional and
then we should be ready to do MIDI in on windows.

Meanwhile, if anyone can tell me why alsa-seq is not working out of the
box I would be grateful
