Either I got it wrong, or the Titles stuff has become much simpler and
more regular in LilyPond.

We can set all the fields for each movement now, where before the Title
field would apply to all movements.

I propose to re-write these commands, which will also make them all
self-editing buttons (by default).
This will mean that at the next release people with custom keymaps
(command sets) may experience some disruption around title setting, but
I think this will be worth it. At the moment there is a lot broken with
titles.
