[Denemo-devel] Separate Shortcuts

I have just done the last major work for 0.8.18
This is to separate out shortcut from command files, so that different
sorts of users can be more easily accomodated.
There is also some significant improvements to the default operations:
the CapsLock now acts as a switch to a sort of "insert mode", in the
sense that the keys a, b, c etc do the append/edit task while A, B, C do
a new action, inserting *after* the note at the cursor. So you can hold
shift and hit the "a" key to insert the note A, or have the caps lock on
and press Shift with the "A" key to edit the note at the cursor to A.
That is CapsLock performs role reversal making either edit or insert a
one key operation, as you prefer and making the other operation a
Shift-key op.

This means you can type in notes continuously by name even in the midst
of other notes, with changes of duration being via number keys.
Correspondingly, the number keys usually insert a duration (which then
gets the note name you press next), but with a modified number key you
can edit a note to the duration you want. I have set Ctrl-0,1,2, etc for
this, but there may be better choices. It would be nice if setting the
CapsLock delivered different keypresses for the number keys, but alas
not.
The only thing I have not yet done is to make it easy for people
upgrading to turn off their chosen mode from their previous denemo use.
The Notes/Rests menu now has a more logical structure, but there may
still be things missplaced.
