This would imply that the aubio.h is not getting found for
sourceaudio.c

#include <aubio/aubio.h>

is how it is included - what config flags are you using - you need aubio
for that stuff...

I run configure without any option.
I've just run 'make distclean && ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make'

and I get this error:
