This is more likely to be some muddle over score layouts than anything
to do with the bug that is showing up (seemingly at random) during the
LilyPond typesetting on windows. I've just loaded Ellen's file up and
tried the Part button with the cursor in both Violin and Viola part and
it typeset as expected.
