I've cut down your file to this:

version "2.18.0"
\include "predefined-ukulele-fretboards.ly"
\score
{
  \new FretBoards
     {
      \set Staff.stringTunings = #ukulele-tuning
      <g c' e' c''>
     }
}

which just tries to typeset the first chord you have and gives the error
message. In this form it is good for submitting to the lilypond-user
mailing list, but if I send it I would like to understand more.
You have four strings on the uke, what pitches are they in this same
notation? And which string & fret are you wishing will be used for each
of the notes g, c', e', c'' ?

Sorry to be so long in replying, I've been trying to get 2.0.10
ship-shape.
