I'm not saying the information is inaccurate, nor am I saying it's not valuable.  I just don't think we should try to capture this information in the directory because of how volatile that information is.  I simply prefer that the project discuss how big a challenge it is to do what they do, and describe to users what the resource requirements of the software are.  

To the extent that the directory could accommodate those data points, I think it should be codified in a more machine-accessible way. (There was a recent thread that mentions DOAP -- which does not have properties like "RAM required", nor other environment/resource requirements)
