[Discuss-gnuradio] qt and atsc

hi,

i have not received the tuner module so i'm just currently testing my
PCI4020 to see if i would receive any junk.  i am having difficulty
installing it because of qt.  qt is installed on my pc.  i'm currently
running on red hat 9.0.  if i disable gui then i could build it
successfully but however, i can't get any of the commands at the procedure
listed at the gnu FAQ page working.  i thought atsc was installed with the
tar-ball?  i don't know what i'm doing wrong here.  any suggestion would
be greatly appreciated
