Josh,
please do a double check that with last git, and using USRP2 + RFX400, you get
a clean carrier using the example tx_waveforms. I did a very fast
check and it seems
that the issue is not fixed yet, again I'm not sure given the I wasn't
 able to perform
a double check on my configuration.
