However, the whole point is that you can simply write your TX flow graph and your RX flow graph as hierarchical blocks of their own, for example graphically using GRC, or like in that Tutorial in python. Then you just use these hier_block2 's in your "overall flow graph". The graphical sinks must be placed at the point where the samples flow that you want to visualize, hence I don't understand that part of the question; I do think you're on to something, so could you please elaborate?
