I've looked into this, but in this particular case I need to build the 
dependencies first, and by doing the build native I get to see those 
take shape a bit better.  My Dell Precision M6500 laptop does the build 
in a bit over 2 hours (this is the complete build-gnuradio run); my 
M6500 is a Core i7-740QM (Quad core 1.73GHz) with 20GB of RAM.  The 
CentOS devs have AArch64 builders with 8 and 16GB of RAM, and an older 
(3.7.5) package is in EPEL and will get built once AArch64 goes live.  
An ARMv7 build is underway for EPEL7.
