Sorry if this shows up twice. I sent it on Saturday Sep-02, but it didn't show up in my digest nor in the archives. In fact there is a suspicious gap in the archives because there are NO messages for Sep-02.

I am hoping for some advice on a flow graph. I am making a TNC using the KISS-over-TCP protocol (see attached).
It's mostly working, but I would like to implement a Carrier Sense mechanism as follows: If the radio is receiving anything (probably an APRS message), then tell the Encode block to wait until the receiver is idle. As you can see, I have a Power Squelch block,
and I can see the "squelch_sob" and "squelch_eob" tags via the Tag Debug block. The Encode block is my own work, so I could easily add a message-in port, but I don't know how to make those tags into messages. Is there a way to do it with stock blocks? or do
I have write another OOT block?
Thanks,
Jake
