that's a good point. Of course, you can browse to every repo and check
there, but license info is an important thing and should be a top-level
piece of info.

A couple of things: Yes, gr-oots are always GPLv3 because of their
derivation from GNU Radio itself. But we host other things than GNU
Radio OOTs on CGRAN, and they could have other licenses.

Let me also note that the current CGRAN is a piece of code that is not
really maintained any more. A bunch of volunteers have set out to
replace it with something else, but I'm not sure what the current status
of that is.
