Fedor,
Attached are the GNUmakefiles from AlarmSim and
WCAlarmSim sub project for AlarmSim.
In general, we observed that this kind of errors
are seen when ever we try to build any Tool, whereas building any Framework is
fine without any error.
Please look at them and suggest the solution.
If required, i can get you any other supported files for reference.
For both AlarmSim and WCAlarmSim projects, there
are no Preamble / Postamble files.

doesn't appear that any libraries are getting included in the link line. It's
very odd that that's happening. Perhaps you can send me the GNUmakefile from
AlarmSim so I can see if there is anything wrong with it. (also the
GNUmakefile.{preamble,postamble} if you have them.)
