Fedor,
It has been observed that, the "which-lib" file at
/usr/GNUstep/System/Makefiles/sparc/solaris2.8 directory appears to be
corrupted. On replacing it with the new file, the build went off well
without any compilation errors. Because of this file corruption, the core
file also got generated on every build attempt.
Please let me know if my finding is not correct or
any better solution to this kind of build problem.

doesn't appear that any libraries are getting included in the link line. It's
very odd that that's happening. Perhaps you can send me the GNUmakefile from
AlarmSim so I can see if there is anything wrong with it. (also the
GNUmakefile.{preamble,postamble} if you have them.)
