ANN: gswm_menu / GNUMail.app user guide update

ANN: gswm_menu:

Yesterday I wrote a small shell script which generates a Window Maker submenu 
containing all your installed GNUstep Apps sorted by Local, Network, System and 
Personal (user dir).

Usage: You can use it to generate the menu yourself (gswm_menu > file) or have 
Window Maker call the script within the Window Maker menu (use WPrefs to do 
this)

GNUMail.app user guide update:

I updated the download URLs and version information to match the actual 
GNUMail.app and Pantomime releases. I will do further updates when I return 
from my trip to the UK next week.
