Ok, do it and tell me how much time do you need. Then do with framework
stuff and make a comparison.

Sorry, but your last statement makes no sense !

All the things are not portable on all system, as you said... so since my NS 3.3
box can't compile a shared library I have to force all systems to use static
library ?

As I said many times, framework stuff is not yet _finished_.
