ProjectCenter bug

  when building ProjectCenter with GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DIR set on the command
line, i discovered that the BUNDLE_INSTALLATION_DIR variable in the makefiles
were set with a prefix of GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT, which prevented the command from
working.  the following patch replaces the GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT with
GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DIR, so that everything runs smoothly when overriding the
target dir.
