New Wiki Entry page.

Dear all,

I want to turn your attention to the wiki.gnustep.org.
IMHO the current entry page is not appropriate to give a newcomer easy
orientation and straightforward navigation. One proposal to restructure
the entry page is set up at:

Please give your comments and use the wiki to optimize the page.
