John,

The law is not as black and white as you seem to believe it is.  Come back from
OZ and join the real world.

You have no legal standing to file for anything on behalf of Apple or on behalf
of GNUstep, the court will throw out your filing.   You are only causing
trouble here.

If you do, however, succeed in filing something I'm sure you personally will be
looking down the barrel of litigation yourself and not just from me, but
possibly from other companies and individuals.

Your actions and your comments here have been appallingly misinformed and you
are about to embark on a fool's errand.
