My bad!  I guess I missed that somehow, even though I did almost all of 
the conversion with --disable-flattened and --enable-multi.platform ... 
the header must have been laying around somewhere it shouldn't have, 
when doing those "last minute" 
all-private-headers-to-Source-except-special-case move.
