GMastermind2.app

Hi folks,

Gürkan Sengün suggested I improve the look of GMastermind.app. In response
I made the board and the pegs look threedimensional and chose an icon for
the application. You may decide for yourself whether this was an
improvement or not. ;-) I hope I didn't introduce any new bugs.
