I am new to this list, I subscribed after I've read "GNUstep  
Mythbusting..." on Greg Casamento's blog and discussions here about  
theming, because I thought that there are simple solutions to all  
those myths about Gnustep :

1) Put everything on opendesktop.org That means
- simple color themes
- complete themes
- wrapper scripts - specially for common applications: firefox and office ones
- icons
- applications
- tips
- etc.

You will have to request Frank Karlitchek to open a dedicated gnustep section.

2) Release a desktop. A simple one. Curently, Gnustep as a desktop is  
already better and more complete than Razor-qt, LXDE or EDE. What is  
mainly missing, but can be provided with existing Windowmaker  
appicons, are a notification area and something to easily mount and  
umount. Add some wrappers script and you will have the basis for a  
very good 0.1 desktop.

This should provide attention to Gnustep, attract new users, and I  
have no doubt that you will soon have plenty of new themes.
