Doing exactly this gives me the following on Ubuntu 13.10 (saucy, but
still using "precise" in the link):

W: GPG-Fehler: http://coyote.octets.fr ./ Release: Die folgenden
Signaturen konnten nicht überprüft werden, weil ihr öffentlicher
Schlüssel nicht verfügbar ist: NO_PUBKEY 49C314789AE41A0D

Translates (a reason to find localized CLIs a silly idea) roughly like:

W: GPG-Error: http://coyote.octets.fr ./ Release: The following
signatures could not be verified, because there is no public key
available: NO_PUBKEY 49C314789AE41A0D

There are solutions in the net, like this:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/20725/gpg-error-the-following-signatures-couldnt-be-verified-because-the-public-key
... but this doesn't really solve the problem, as I guess your repo has
no key on the ubuntu keyserver.
