Cryptome has the MS DRM OS patent.

A few thoughts:

1.) They seem to have patented the concept of "reduced user
functionality to protect copyright holders"

2.) By patenting a DRM OS, and then effectively mandating the use of a
DRM OS in order to do any type of online commerce and so forth, they are
effectively establishing a monopoly (witness the "I run windows so I can
run word because everyone else runs word, and yet I continue to send
things as word docs thus perpetuating windows hegemony" cycle. Possible
antitrust violation?

No one should use [MS] Windows anymore, I've gotten so spoiled by
not using it that it just drives me up the wall now.
