[Dolibarr-dev] VAT for foreign customers

Hi,

I was wondering if when adding a new line in a document the VAT should be automatically set to 0 if the customer country is different thant our country ? Today the VAT rate is the one coming from the product, no matter what is the customer country.

I'll appreciate any advice on this matter so I can start dev in that way.
