Hi

An another aspect with VAT at 0, is specific legal sentence to add. If
french seller sell to other country it's needed to add a legal mention
to have a legal invoice.
I presume should be same for each case VAT 0 and unique for each
combination, would be possible to add this in this process ? Will be
better than add as a public note.
