Well the AFAIK the module consists of  2 parts : 

- an API module for magento which is publicly available and under OSL 3.0 license, which is free.

- a module for Dolibarr − that we can't seem to find −  which is required to be under a GPL compatible free license.

Anyway for both parts, software is free but you may have to pay a fee to have access to it. (See  https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/selling.html)
