The files I downloaded were TenDRA-4.1.2.tar.gz and TenDRA-4.1.2-doc.tar.gz.
The two documents are:
A Guide to the TDF Specification, Issue 4.0 (June 1995), and TDF
Specification, Issue 4.0, DRA/CIS(SE2)/CR/94/36/4.0, June 1995.

The FAQ that you pointed me to contains pointers to more documentation of
OSF servers, but unfortunately they are all broken


And I'm still stuck with my INSTALL errors:

The problem is, that these header files are automatically generated from
some other files, and I don't know how the system works. Do you have any
ideas?
