[DotGNU]New lead for System.Net required

Peter Minten has become extremely busy of late, on Forum,
DotGNU.Base, C@, etc, as you have all probably noticed.

Because of this, he has informed me that he doesn't have
the time to continue as the development lead on System.Net.

So, the position is open to anyone who wants to take up
the challenge of polishing off the remaining classes in
System.Net within pnetlib.
