Beyond that link, I couldn't offer any help (the stuff I have mastered, I did 
using different tools and under Windows). You might also look for a mailing 
list for authoring/encoding tools... on this here list, people are concerned 
(mostly) with only the DVD burning of data. 

You're not quite at that point yet if your mastering efforts fail.
