to be more visible, as a guide about "how to convince" and as an overview the 
jabber meeting stated the need of a flyer or information paper.

Beside the general facts of why Free Software is better: Are there any 
education specific arguments? 
What arguments have been used so far? Are there any success stories?
What questions you would like to have answered as a headmaster, minister or 
administrative worker?
What should a guide cover? To what extend?
