Hello!

The attached patch adds Armenian and Mongolian to the HELLO file.

Would it be helpful to add more writing systems (i.e. Unicode ranges) to
the file? For some extinct languages, it would be hard to ascertain what
"hello" is, but examples of the writing system could be added easily.
