Instead of make, run make bootstrap.


Thanks! Meanwhile I've found that out myself.



BTW - shouldn't we create CVS FAQ? ;-) I think this is the most frequently
asked question today.

Why not create a file README.CVS or INSTALL.CVS in the main directory telling about the different CVS branches that are used, and what make target to use.
