    The page http://www.unipress.com/cat/emacs.html says:
    Last Modified Sept. 3, 1995

It seems to be unmaintained, but there may still be users of it.
Let's not delete mocklisp support now, but do clean up the
code of #if 0's.

Or else someone could post on newsgroups to try to find out if anyone
still uses Unipress Emacs.
