I think you read too much into what I said, and overreact as a result.

This is impractical in many places. I'm sure you can imagine the
problems, so I won't spell them out.

All I can say is that to me, this blacklisting sounds akin to racism:
people are discriminated based on something they didn't do, and
something upon which they don't have any real control.
