I don't know about Xemacs, but in yesterday's CVS snapshot of

    GNU Emacs 21.2.50.107 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit) of 2002-04-20

started with

    emacs -q --no-site-file --eval '(blink-cursor-mode 0)'

the `Buffer' menu item does not show the keyboard command for
switching to a buffer, only the command for `List All Buffers', 
C-x C-b.

The tutorial does not list the `Switch to Named Buffer' keyboard
command, C-x b, either!
